I am a consultant, adviser and interim executive helping business leaders and investors develop breakaway growth and innovation strategies.

Over the last 15 years, I have achieved this by developing and introducing new business models and technologies to new marketplaces, occasionally creating the ecosystem in the process. My clients include 30 Global 1000 companies, 60+ startup companies, three national governments and several widely known foundations.

My current focus is helping mature companies evaluate their core differentiators, understanding key business drivers and leveraging communities within the business lifecycle.
